         Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery and Pickup

         Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

         Customers opting for store pickup are responsible for collecting their items within the stipulated time.

5. Returns and Refunds

         Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, with proof of purchase.

         Perishable items cannot be returned once sold.

         Refunds will be processed after verification and may take up to 7 business days.
